Hey, does anyone know of any common Spanish themes in Spanish horror films? Specifically films made in the 1960/70's and more recent ones made in the 2000's. I understand that in older films there is a lot of social commentary and catholic iconography, but is there anything else that makes them particularly Spanish? Not including Spanish dialect and setting, haha.
