ORIGINAL: jonson I'm sorry Homer, but you had a head start, it doesn't count Fully agree! Was in a meeting this morning where 3 of the guys have the beginnings of a tache and I did actually think "Homer's just cheating" I fully admitted to cheating when I started, and on my Mo page. I did this last year "properly" and by the end of the month I'd only just got a tache. It wasn't much of a talking point. By starting with month-old tache hair already, I am now able to do much more with it, styling-wise and, as I suspected it might, it has become much more of a talking point. Since the objective of Movember is to raise awareness (and funds, of course) for research into prostate and testicular cancer, the moustache being a talking point can only be a good thing. People notice it, people talk about it to me, and I tell them what it's all about. So yes, one aspect is "gosh that tache looks pathetic", but the whole point is that in general moustaches are "not cool", hence the charity aspect to wear one for a month is undesirable, so people for one to do it. And I've still raised nearly £300 so far, and we're only a week in, so I think I'm doing fine...
