I have been checking here since the app was updated for newsstand/subscriptions, and thus since I purchased a subscription. I'm disappointed at the lack of update since 2PM today on the current issue. I also have submitted an email to the only contact email address given for this app (empire@bauermedia.co.uk) and have as of yet received no reply or acknowledgement. Just in case it sees a response here, see below content of my mail: "Hi, I waited for this month's issue until Empire's app was updated for newsstand as it said it would be on the forums. However I have now purchased a subscription but am unable to download the latest issue. I got a message immediately on purchase that the subscription purchase was successful (i.e. you get my money) but that my library did not get updated (i.e. I do not get my magazine). I have updated the library several times, reinstalled the app, even answered yes to restoring all my previous purchases (which failed). I just want to read this month's issue before the next one is released. Especially given the I have now paid for it. Regards" I was wondering... Exactly how do I go about getting a refund?
