I still have 4 films to watch. The Haunting is one of them. I like it less than Homer.

The Haunting isn't boring. You know what is boring? Hour of the Wolf. Yeah, I know, you are all astonished.
I feel really guilty agreeing with Stewie on this since he disliked Possession

This is the Halloween thread, right? Ok, let's try this again.

Votes sent. Hopefully I've done them correctly.

You're not meant to out people's real names on here. I got yelled at for doing that. Although it was PA yelling so it's not like I paid much attention.

If you hadn't quoted it then Matty could have edited it so your name was Sucky McCockfan or something.

This is true.

You could've come up with something less crap than that, though.

Maybe he wants to impress Miles. Miles claimed that he hated Hour of the Wolf while claiming his love for Speed Racer, in the same sentence. See who you're agreeing with homer?

I'm saying that someone else, with whose opinion I differ on many things, happening to like one thing I like, does not mean I suddenly agree with everything else.

Although I do wonder about Miles, sometimes.

Watched My Little Eye last night

****SPOILERS******

I enjoyed the first half way more than I expected to, it built up a nice atmosphere and the initial concept left scope for plenty of development. However the killer was blindingly obvious from only a few minutes in, which wouldn't have been half so bad were the guy playing him not such a god awful actor. Once he was revealed and given more to do he sucked the previous tension right from the screen, and the eventual twists and revelations were neither surprising or shocking, while the death scenes themselves seemed like half arsed, rushed after thoughts. It's a shame as the first half had the makings of a half decent horror.

None of it. It got a little more interesting when it went a bit early-Cronenberg. And then it just, well, no.

Love Actually >>>>>>> Possession.

Feel free to sig-quote that shit.
