This poster is completely devoid of anything relating to the period of the piece. And while I was sceptical about the film the trailer really did get me on board because it nailed the macabre feeling of the play so well. They should play on that in all aspects of its promotion I think. This is a very generic poster that could be for any contemporary horror film... the Woman in Black is so much better than that! Still though, like I say... the trailer was great!

The play scared the begeebies out of me....but so does Daniel Radcliffe......especially on chat shows....singing the element song.....all of it

I genuinely believe it could be a great film. It looks like they've captured the mood really well. Let's be honest, it all relies on Radcliffe's performance so we'll have to wait and see.
