Hello all,

Sorry for the radio silence on this. We haven't forgotten you, but there are a few complicating factors this year (some big event in east London this summer?) and we're not in a position to announce anything. As and when that changes, you will know at once.

Speaking for myself, if you go ahead with your commemorative Ticket Freak Out, I'm happy to drop by and post KEEP CALM every 15 minutes, just for the sake of authenticity.

 Thanks for the update Helen. I haven't been on here in yonks and was so worried I had missed something on this. Fingers crossed something can be arranged. Otherwise I would miss my annual trip to our nation's capital for the bestest event ever.

Awwh, damn, not going to be around on Friday, going to be up in London to see some stuff at SFL.

Could someone fill in for me please? It's an easy job, all you need to do is whinge about the following (more than once if possible)

1. R3 error
2. SEE Tickets
3. One timetable not matching another
4. SEE Tickets
5. Films being in slots shorter than their running time.
6. SEE Tickets

 I'm all booked and sorted with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Dunno what you all moan about to be quite honest. The ticket line was a genuine pleasurable experience.

GARGH I have no idea what ticket to go for!!

I really want the Adamantium pass with Unicorn mane lanyard.

The sessions are all to close together, the internet won't work and the phones are jammed!

Oh my God, the ticket panic was THIS Friday? Why was this not on the website or Twitter! It's gone 22:00 and I haven't even got my R3 yet!?! What if I ring up now and they don't put me on hold?! THIS IS EVEN MORE STRESSFUL THAN THE REAL THING!!!

I loving the stress free ticket freak out......

Having to queue mega early to get a good seat at the 02 the other week for the Avengers bought back a lot of memories of Big Screen but at least they didnt make us queue outside this time..

We have managed to get tickets that involve
1 hour sumo wrestling (aka travelling through over packed tube trains to the venue)
a little bit of sight-seeing before
2+ hours for a 200m trundle (aka queing to get into the venue and through the no-doubt endless security measures)
2 hours of watching ladies basketball semi-finals
Then trying to get out of London from 5pm on a Tuesday evening (much fun and japes to be had).

We also tried to get tickets for the handball quarter finals, but failed for that.
