Ice Cream Maker Guy - The Willrow Hood movie!

The amazing tale of a man on a mission: to save his ice cream maker from the Empire during the siege of Cloud City!

You know you want it!

And yes, I know it' s sad I know his name...

Some interesting ideas. But I have to tell you, one of the stories with the most legs (and back story/history) is Wedge Antilles and the X-Wing flight. It's like Top Gun in space. Except not at all gay. Aliens. Lazers. The Force. Love. Romance. Treachery. Explosions. All that shit. Plus loads of books to mine ideas from.
That is all

Amazing. Says you joined in 2006?? And yet this is your first post? Way to go. You kept silent to post this? Let us hope you stay silent for another 5 years before having a go at something else you don't like. Loser.

Re: pointless
To all those grumpy moaners out there, these articles on the website are just a bit of fun where readers and Empire writers can indulge in making lists and commenting on topics that would not make a proper article -- for those you should buy the magazine!

Wouldn't it be great to see a channel 4 documentary about the Jawa's? Points of view from the neighbours moaning about the little pikey's and their thieving ways and their mess, not to mention the crap they sell!
It would be really special too, if they were to finally get their grubby little mitts on a tin of 'Fruitini'........

You got the details about the solo kids incorrect. Jaina is the last surviving Solo kid. However, she does not become a sith. JAcen is the one who becomes a sith. However, he is also one of the two kids that Han loses.

I think origins are the approach that will work best - of fill in the gaps between episode 3 and 4.
just don't go to the future or bring people back from the dead - it works in books and comics etc but not in the cinematic world.

Also Force unleashed film anyone ???

There's a really nice story called "Death Troopers", sort of like a Star Wars Zombie story, which is about a prison ship stranded in outer space. I don't want to tell to much, but it does feature a certain smuggler and his hairy friend, so that's one I would like to see... Although it might not be one of the obvious first choices...

Apart from that I second the Jawa wildlife documentary, the Cantina Band movie and most of all the Rogue Squadron

If they re-cast prequel style he's the only one who could pull it off.

I'd rather not know a thing about Fett's past but i guess he does have the most potential for a spin-off out of all of these characters.

the knights of the old republic would make a great movie { just check out the trailers on you tube } and what about the force unleashed with Darth Vaders secret apprentice Galen Marek that could be a story with a lot of action .

Darth Maul was criminally wasted by George Lucas at the end of The Phantom Menace. We definitely need to see more of him. It's all getting a bit X-Men now with characters splitting off into their own movies Wolverine-style.

If they are going to do one spin off they should do Splinter of a minds eye. best book they did in the star wars universe. but lets face it they are going to do as many as they can get away with.

What's with the male bias? I know Star Wars is a bit of a sausage fest but couldn't you even spare a mention of Leia?
