After such a big pay packet from doing the film 'Passport To Pimlico', Keifer Sutherland was able to afford to travel round India for several years under the alias of Ghandi. After the money dried out he faked his death and returned to acting a few years later.

Bobcat Goldthwait's real love is Shakespear. He started out on stage doing A Midsummer Nights Dream where Sir Ian McKellen discovered his talent and made him the real star of the Police Academy movies (they were all secretly funded by Sir Ian).

The film '12 Angry men' is based on a little known Stephen King novella entitled 'A dozen humourous fellows' about a troupe of clowns living in Maine. The actor Jack Quincy Klugman demanded changes to the script during filming as he deemed it "too silly"

The title of Star Wars: A New Hope, had to be changed in Turkmenistan as it literally translates as 'Big fat cock'

Christopher Walken initially turned down his role in The Deer Hunter as director Michael Cimino wanted him to speak his lines without using vowels. Cimino relented and Walken took the part, he still maintains to this day that Michael Cimino is a Fckng Cnt.

The original script for Karate Kid had a young Italian-American mentored by a gruff Geordie. The script was only re-written when the Studio got cold feet about the level of violence in Daniel's dramatic victory, wherein he glasses his opponent.

Mel Gibson's real name is Mel Goldberg-Kauffman-Cohen, but he was forced to change his surname after a firm of accountants with the same name threatened to sue him. The same firm of accountants later bankrolled a porno movie called 'Lethal Weapon', providing Gibson his own opportunity to sue them back. On the night of his anti-semetic outburst, Gibson had discovered that he had lost his claim for infringement of copyright against Goldberg-Kauffman-Cohen and that his old "friend" Danny Glover had actually agreed to star alongside Ron 'The Hedgehog' Jeremy and Sheryl 'Sugar Tits' Silverman in the porno movie in question. The cause of Gibson's erractic driving on the night in question was not, as was widely reported, alcohol, but the fact that he was being tailed by a mohawked Freddy Mercury lookalike who Gibson had earlier caught attempting to syphon petrol from his car.

George Lucas often drops-in at good friend Quentin Tarantino's house and helps to re-write his "wooden" dialogue.

Switchblade Romance is a documentary.

Ke Huy Quan (Short Round) didn't advance in Hollywood, as Steven Spielberg did not forgive him for his affair with Kate Capshaw on the set of Temple of Doom.

Transformers: The Movie was originally 5 hours long, but the subplot in which Optimus Prime had to battle through the underworld was cut. This subplot was later adapted into Robin Williams cheeseball What Dreams May Come.

As CGI technology was not advanced enough to cope with his rigorous standards, Steven Speilberg genetically engineered, grew and raised an entire island of dinosaurs for the filming of Jurassic Park.

They still live on his private island in the Pacific, which is where the popular series 'Lost' is being filmed. So far, six different members of the cast and crew have been killed and eaten in dinosaur attacks on the set. J. J. Abrahams had to write out Boone and his sister to accomodate their untimely deaths, and Kate has been replaced by two different actresses after the original and her replacement were mauled by 'raptors in unrelated attacks.

For the strip scenes in Striptease, Demi Moore wouldn't show her naked body for less than $3 million. As the producers didn't want to pay her this amount for each scene, they used a naked Al Gore as a body double.

In POTC: At Worlds End, The scenes in which we see Johnny Depp in multiple persnalities are actually real. Including the tiny ones. David Bowie raises them on a ranch in Dakota. The original JD live on a mountain near by, in charge of the whole operation.

Judge Reinhold is made entirely of mint choc chip ice cream.

In reality Sean Penn found his cameo in Team America: World Police hilarious and phones Matt Stone and Trey Parker every fortnight to quote the lines his puppet says in the film. This phonecall is always 'signed off' by Sean Penn shouting "Kerplla", like he does in the film, to which the South Park duo shout back the same phrase. Stone and Parker claiming Penn phoned them up to complain and rant at them for taking the piss, therefore portraying himself as a humourless tit, is actually a little in-joke between them.

Also, for his character, Kim Jong-Ill lent his own vocal talents to the film, but goes uncredited in end titles.

The kid out of the Sixth Sense (not Willis, the other one), can be seen in various scenes with a wafer in his pocket. If you look closely you can see him carrying a 'Gold', a 'Taxi' and a 'Blue Riband'. It is purported that this was his method of tempting the dead out of hiding. Cunning.
