It's... fine.

In terms of overall quality it's more comparable to Angles than Is This It, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I think it's far better than Angles and even First Impressions. Not up there with Room on Fire or Is this it? though obviously. I'm not sure there are any classics on it or anything I'll even be listening to in 5 years time but at the moment I'm really enjoying it.

I think the days of them making something as amazing as Room on Fire and Is This It are firmly behind them, but I don't think they're even capable of making a truly horrendous album.

This is already a strong contender for one of my favourite LPs of the year. And I was beginning to think he'd given up on music.

Agree with the pair of you...Is This It and Room on Fire remind me of some very important times in my life and they mean a lot to me. I'm enjoying this one too though

I've had the second track 'Chocolate' off this in my head these past few days

Wolf by Tyler, the Creator

Some pretty good songs here but it seems like Tyler is a little bit too enamored with homophobic slurs and misogynist language.

A fantastic album, one of my favourites of the year so far. I've had 'GMF' on repeat for at least a few weeks now.

I had a listen-through of this the other day and I quite like it. Will have to listen to it again to form a proper opinion though.

M83, Saturdays = Youth.

Really getting into this band.

I hear they've done the soundtrack to OBLIVION. Does anyone know if this is a completely new soundtrack or just a compilation of old stuff?

If you like Vangelis, M83 could be worth a punt, check it out.

You should check out their most recent LP, Hurry Up, We're Dreaming, if you haven't done so already. It's very good.

Just finished listening to this, I really like it. I prefer the second half, including Retrograde, to the first though.

Thought it was appropriate to spin this considering Chi Cheng's untimely death.

Giving Jai Paul's debut LP another spin as it is excellent.

I'm undecided onto what my favourite tracks are yet, might need a re-listen but I really really liked it

Do you prefer it to his other stuff so far?

I do like his previous stuff but this album grabbed me more quickly. I love Retrograde though, I think it's one of the best songs he's done.
