i absolutely HATE Sarah Jessica Parker, Jim Carrey and Owen Wilson - they may be decent actors (except perhaps SJP) but there is something about them that just annoys me so much that i struggle to watch some of their films....Jim Carrey especially!
and as for Nicolas Cage, well he's just gone straight down the toilet doing stupid roles in stupid films!
and then theres people like Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton who try and call themselves actors...well Lohan was once, but look at her most recent roles! such as in machete - pure rubbish.
there are a lot more, but enough from me for now :)

I think that about summed it up...sure Sorcerers Apprentice was pretty funny, and i do like Jay Baruchel, but really? and as for the the others...well don't get me started :/

Just because michael cera plays the same character over and over again doesn't mean he doesn't convey the character well.
Just because he is annonying if you get an overdose of him doesn't mean he is bad.
He is good in small doses.
Unfortunately for leo dicaprio he is in great films, that gets ruined from his pountiness and in one film you get sick of him, regardless how good the movie.

 The only reason Nicolas Cage is in so much shit lately is because he (still) owes a ridiculous amount of money in unpaid taxes - I remember when he bought the small castle near where I live a few years ago (it was amusing seeing him and his family wandering around shopping, unguarded, in Bath and where I live in Midsomer Norton) and within weeks of him moving in the value of the castle lost a couple of million and then he was hit with his first tax bill.  Good quality and/or indie films generally don't pay very well.  Lowest common denominator mainstream blockbusters generally do.

As for mine, discussion in another thread reminded me - whilst I don't actually hate him, I find Daniel Day Lewis' performances of late very embarrassing to watch.  The over acting in Gangs of New York and There Will Be Blood is, to me, astonishing, in a bad way.  Kind of like most of Olivier's latter day performances - 30 odd years of being one of the greatest living actors, to 10 years of being the worst thing in everything he was in.
