My problem with Johansson (aside from the fact that she's a mediocre actress), is the fact that for all people bang on about how beautiful she is or whatever, all I see is someone who looks like they suffer from a permanent cold, or perhaps some shellfish or peanut allergy. All her features seem swollen.

Like Renee Zellweger and Jennifer Lawrence.

I agree with Renee Zellweger (Hamster looking ino the sun) and I can kinda see what you mean about JL (even though I think she looks amazing) but I don't see it with Scar-Jo.

After watching Dark Shadows at the weekend I am really starting to hate Chloe Moretz. poor girl can't deliver a line to save her life in that and in Hugo (tha f**king accent drove me up he wall). Her cliched over the top acting was kinda suited to Hit Girl but I have failed to see her as anything less than annoying in everything since.

Perhaps, but when she says Woof I audibly cringed.

Helena Bonham Carter is pants in it as well in fairness and Depp is well suited to the role. It's just a pity that its the same performance we have seen for a while now.

My point was fairly tongue in cheek as it did look good in the trailers but for the reason you said; "we've seen it all before" is why i wont go and see it

Went right over my head apparently ..

As for Dark Shadows:  it's undoutbedly a mess. Both in terms of tone and plot. It does however feel like a classic Burton fim in places, and for that alone I liked it.

Awww come on : he was brilliant in 21 Jump St. ! Never thought much before that, so if you haven't seen it: he is genuinely hilarious in it.

The actual comedian in that film (J. Hill) was terrible, ironically after being very good playing it straight in MoneyBall.

Ah man! Nic Cage is an awesome fucking actor! Always watchable. I loved Matchstick Men, and Bad Lieutenant - he was freaking hilarious in the former and on fire in the latter! Not to mention The Rock where he played the perfect sidekick to Sean Connery - or Con Air; awesome! I even liked him in Ghostrider!

I even have a soft spot for Ben Stiller! I crack up everytime i'm watching There's Something About Mary! See the part where he's crying his eyes out at the end!

And Sam Jackson aint that bad! One things for sure, he is more palpable than that fucking twat Jamie Foxx!

I have heard she is quite good in the Runaways film, but haven't seen. I think she is a decent actress who hasn't had to stretch herself in the film roles she has taken on so far.

I am starting to really disklike Vince Vaughn now though, after seeing that shockingly bad trailer for neighbourhood watch.

Danny McBride should be dragged by the love spuds over a continent of sandpaper. A laugh-free bell-end that makes Richard Blackwood look credible.

Paul Walker - Aww he's harmless and knows his limitiaions
Vin Diesel - Awesome in Pitchblack, should have quit while he was ahead
Nicholas Cage - Don't agree but can understand this one
Owen Wilson(A Popular Choice) - yeah, fed up with him now
Adrian Grenier - bland actor who got lucky
Ben Stiller - Made Zoolander and Dodgeball so that forgives a lot
Sam Jackson - He's grand if you ignore 99% of his work
Canning Tatum - meh

Neve Campbell. Just awful. I spent every second of every Scream movie. hoping she got stabbed. However, this feeling doesn't seem limited to the Scream movies.

Perhaps he hasn't the most range: but he has been great in some great films. Trevelyan? Boromir? Partridge in Equilibrium? Spence in Ronin? And that's ignoring his best work in Sharpe and Game of Thrones.

But if you're not a fan, you're not a fan.

Will Ferrell

I know whatever movie I see with him in, it's going to have weak jokes and involve him playing a marginally different character to the one he played in his last movie. I'm talking personality traits here before you start discussing the careers or love life of his character(s). I see no difference between a Will Ferrell and a Megan Fox. Both are picked for movies for the same reason each time.

Sadly, I have to agree. I really liked her in Kick Ass and she wasn't bad in (500) Days of Summer. But she drove me mad in Hugo, and all she seemed to do in Dark Shadows was that weird squinty face which I assume was supposed to be a sulky teenager expression.

I'll confess that part of my hatred for him is due to Cop Out in which he turned in the most annoying performance in American cinema since Chris Tucker in The Fifth Element. A profoundly irritating man-child that forced me stop the DVD before it went through the window.

By all accounts, however, he may have done me a favour.

He's a good actor but Daniel Craig's constant Blue Steel poses are a little off putting. Bradley Cooper deserves to be shot in the face for being outrageously smug too.
