 Feel free to vent some anger on this thread with some of your most hated actors who seem to be adored by others. Within months, maybe weeks, I may well have completely changed my mind on some of these but for now I cannot bloody stand:

Seth Rogen


That annoying monotonous voice sided with the fact he has no apparent comic ability makes me dislike him. I will not see Paul because of this. And apparently its quite poor.

Russell Brand


Oh look how dandy this fop is as he flops about frolicking his frilly frocks and seemingly going on and on about nothing at all in a Dickensian style that would make Laurence Olivier blush....and he has hordes of women (and men) after him devouring every single pretentious word ..among other things.


I'm sure both these people are incredibly nice and normal in their spare time (well...Brand not so much) and i certainly wish no harm on them. It;s just that it is very annoying that they make so much money and receive all their acclaim when they are clearly morons.


Much more to follow...I have a lot of built up hatred. After all I am Irish

I find it amusing that the same people who endlessly complain about Jar Jar Binks think Depp is actually funny in this role.

I cant remember the name of the writer who was interviewed in Empire some time ago but he said it best when he said ''Johnny Depp is inherently unmasculine,iv never beleived him in anything''.

I think it was James Ellroy, who also said alot of other stupid shit in that interview. Why would someone being unmasculine mean you couldn't believe them in any role? That's stupid, and dangerous territory to be in to be honest

 I have to confess; since I started this I have seen Seth Rogen in two interviews and he comes across very articulate and funny; and above all down to earth. Of course I still hate the films he has been in and the characters he played.

 It's not that I can't stand them but I would question how Pacino and De Niro have got the unhrealded 'best actors that ever lived' tag from, I don't see how shouting through every role (Pacino) or mumbling (De Niro) warrants the claim.
 
Norton, Seymour Hoffman and Bale are all far superior.

I don't hate him, but I always felt scared and alone when people have conversations about how funny they find Will Ferrel. Paul Walker and Jason Statham are also on my leaky boat list.

I second this guy; Empire seemed to back him from the start but I agree with Mark Kermode's opinion of him: a charisma vacuum.


Not a big fan of Wahlberg either; why did he get oscar nominated for the Departed when he was the most average thing in it??

King Kong --couldnt stand him in it

Predators--I thought I could stand him but then he had to try to outdo Schwarzenegger. Super smart-unafraid, -then super strong.  When he took his shirt off-that was the last straw.

I watched the oscars way back when he won so maybe his acceptance speech  tainted my perceptions but...

no-no on second thought I still would hate him.
