Worst Film Of The Month
February- Sleeping Beauty (A bunch of people)
April- Sons of the Desert (William A Seiter)
December- The Music Box (James Parrot)

WRONG!

I'm under the opinion that I'm right.

I always play as Yoshi in Mario Kart. I play as Sonic in Olympics though cos he's fast. I figure this will help me (it doesn't)

I never really played Sonic/Sega so don't really know those characters.

And I used to have a bad habit of saving Yoshi even if it meant losing the game. So I'm committed - even if he is a bit crap at some events.

Not played Olympics, I'm a Mario Kart man through and through (Diddy Kong/Baby Bowser combo for double dash, a Mii for Wii)

Crazes: First views of Zatoichi films.
2nd views of Lone Wolf and Cub films.
24 out of the top 25 films I saw were things I own on BD or DVD, and 9 of the bottom 10 were films I caught on TV. Which probably confirms that I buy the kind of films I like, and the shit they put on telly, I tend to like less.

Revelations: That I don't need to come to this website on a daily basis and read through select threads to catch every update people have made - I can survive without it!

A few performances that stuck with me: Kim Hye-ja in Mother, Lau Ching-wan in Victim, Peter Sellers in Being There

Stuff I caught up on: A few DVDs that have been hanging around for a looooong time, including Sansho the Bailiff, No. 3 & Micmacs.

Happiest surprises: Sansho the Bailiff, which, although I knew was supposed to be good, I'd began to convince myself maybe wouldn't be worth the 2-hour viewing effort. Four Lions being mostly great - it's always a worry when a British comedian makes a film.

Biggest disappointments: Not getting to see anywhere near as many films as I'd have liked, and failing to get my DVD backlog down.

Worst films: S'all up there

Best film I saw at the cinema:
Sadly, a big #N/A error on this one.

Damn you, PA, I want a divorce.
But I still want to see the kids occasionally.
But not too much.
Bloody kids.

At one point, a couple of weeks back, I decided I'd try and catch up on this thread, and started on page 200, which is roughly where I'd got up to during my old daily routine. There were 230-odd pages at the time. I got through about 15 pages and then had a brain hernia and couldn't continue.

You haven't been near the kids for so long, they don't even know who you are! Deviation asks, 'Who's Daddy'? What am I meant to tell him, Gram? WHAT AM I MEANT TO TELL HIM?

Well I can tell you this - if Devi asks that question this time next year, I'll say to him, "no-one, because I have full custody."

See you in court.

When (well, if) Devi grows up, he can make that choice for himself. He can come and see me whenever he pleases (as long he gives me 2 weeks notice, and it fits in within my extremely busy schedule).

I have just two words for you, PA. Fathers For flippin' Justice.

Hey now, I'm as homonormative as the next man.
Erm... wait... I don't think that's what I mean....

I never implied that you were female. Just that you were "Mother". To me, you've always been absolutely androgyne, honey.
