I also like the second one, although I admit it's not as good as the first one but, as I said, still enjoyable and worth-watching.

Caught this today in a family visit to the cinema and it really isn't very good. It runs out of steam after 25 minutes with its jokes, and then after that has nothing to say. Jessica Alba is just awful and the rest of the cast are severely underused. It's not a badly made film, but it just doesn't have anything to do or anything original to say and as a result we get the overused focker joke trying to carry the film. It sets up a sequel but it feels very forced. This is so underwhelming I can't be bothered to give it a proper review.

So the third film in the hugely successful franchise as been thrust upon on us, but it is far from a welcome addition to the family.

The main reason is it's just devoid of any originality whatsoever and is just complete recycling job of excellent first two outings and one where you can only use the father-son-in-law 'interrogation' theme for so long before it wears incredibly thin. Even the title 'Little Fockers' would have been a good indicator that the main objective and jokes would have centred around the kids but the truth is they have very little screen time in the film.

When screen legends of Robert DeNiro, Harvey Keitel and Dustin Hoffman received the script they must have been thinking "not much to do here, except just pickup an easy pay cheque”.

The film also introduces a new character in the way of Andi Garcia (Jessica Alba) all I can say it's the most annoying character forced upon us since Jar Jar Binks in the 'Phantom Menace'

The only plus point to come out of the film is during it’ end credits where there is a hilarious re-mix video. Apologies if this review sounds over the top but this film really is that bad and is the reason why I am giving my first ever 1* rating

I am a fan of the original and second movie, but this effort is a lot of focking rubbish. A lazy effort with very little 'plot'and even less laughs.They must have thought lets throw in all the main characters from the previous ones, which was fair enough but only if they added to the laughter which they didn't. Lets call it a day for the Fockers

I loved Meet The Parents, liked Meet The Fockers, but this one - just dire.

Can't put my finger on it...it seemed rushed and badly edited. Harvey Keitel was a pointless addition who went nowhere. Alba was surplus to requirements - went nowhere either. Laura Dern - yes, you guessed it, went nowhere - a total waste.

Also, for a film which was supposedly about the little Fockers, they appeared in maybe 20 minutes of the entire film. They went nowhere either, which is just as well, as they weren't very interesting or funny.

It was all back to Jack and Greg competing again, not very funnily, I might add. I honestly didn't laugh once through the whole film.

This could easily be my guilty pleasure of the year. The plot is obviously heavily recycled from the first two, it relies far to heavily on gross out gags and general shock value, the conflict between the two main characters is resolved in a few seconds, and a drunk, semi nude Jessica Alba at the end is just... wrong. The films is juvenile and lacks almost all the heart of the first two movies. It was clearly made purely to get a buck or two.

However, when you have De Niro and Stiller on board, it might just work in a twisted sort of way. And this is exactly what happens. Each makes the absolute most of the material, offering spot on comic timing, fantastic facial reactions and a clear on screen chemistry. I am ashamed to say this- but I was laughing throughout most of the movie, even when it was clear that I shouldn't have been. And when I say the thing with Alba is wrong, I mean that in the very best way possible (interpret that as you will).

If you go in expecting a masterpiece, you will be disappointed. Hell, if you go in expecting an average movie you will probably also be disappointed. But if you accept the film for what it is and check your brain and taste at the door, you could be in for an extremely entertaining hour and a half.

It was more or less the same as the other films, was the weakest of all 3.
After 30mins i was finally interested....In those 30minutes i ate my hotdog and waited for something to happen. Some big laughs yes...but overall like i said, it was the SAME. Dont make a 4th please as the 3rd dragged down what is a great pair of previous films

AN UNWANTED THIRD EPISODE OF THE SERIES, AND BY FAR THE WORST OF THE THREE MOVIES. QUITE BORING, WITH RECYCLED JOKES FROM THE FIRST TWO A BIG PART OF WHAT'S GOIN ON....DON'T MAKE A FOURTH.........

While the original made the most of it's inspired wordplay and daft embarrassed scenarios (as did the second, to a lesser extent), the third (and hopefully final) of the Focker trilogy attempts to get by with weak and uninspired sight gags and slapstick, and very rare actual wit. There are moments when horseplay yields some results and can result in a laugh or two, but it's not nearly as frequent as it should be, epecially when we know what this cast is capable of

I have to give Empire credit for the "for focks sake" gag, but this is an enjoyable family comedy, there are fresh laughs, but the main flaw of the film is that the first 20 minutes or so are total shite, the film lacks meet the fockers originality and the film had basically no Streissand or Hoffman , but this is a guilty pleasure my friends, because fellow movie buffs, this is a cheap DVD buy, the kids are annoying what would you expect from a Ben Stiller movie but there are fresh laughs here and this film is highly enjoyable if you like this sort of stuff, I give meet the little fockers an 8.5 out of 10 the writers had plenty of chances too make fresh gags, such as the point in the film when everyone is on the golf buggie type things, you would have thought that Stiller and Deniro's charcters would have had a chase scene on the buggies, while the ending is predictable and were getting a little tired of this scenario this worth a watch with the family dont go expecting a masterpiece just enjoy the moderately funny father, father in law quarrel of a comedy romp that is meet the little fockers, this is no masterpiece but this my fellow movie buffs is a cheap DVD buy.

i think meet the parents little fockers was very good!! it deserves 4 stars for the fact that the old cast returned and the comedy with jack and greg was just priceless!! as it always has been...a very good instalment to the series :D
