This character probably doesn't deserve to be hated and is no where near as nasty as some of the characters mentioned here but I absolutely hated cary elwes character in twister. As a kid I thought he was such a dick, smug and he stole bill paxtons Dorothy idea. Also love bill Paxton in that film, I swear he never gets main parts, not often anyway.
