Yay! I have a list of sorts, but it just needs sorting into correct order.

This didn't seem to pick up much interest so far, so just giving it a bump to see if anyone else wants to put their name down.

I'll try for this. I expect I'll send 50 for the male and female lists (maybe 25 for the female, because I'm sexist) and 25 for t.v.

Thanks

As that makes 8 people who've said they'll take part, and as I've already done my lists , this should be able to go ahead. Although I am going to be hitting people with pms begging for lists.

Would a Dr Who performance make my TV list outside the main character? I'll have to think about that. Lesley Sharp will very likely be a major candidate though.

I'm assuming, as it's performance rather than character, that Linda Hunt will go on the female side?

Catherine Tate?

Carey Mulligan?

Is this still going ahead? I missed out one of the truly great t.v. performances, in the shape of Dr. Mark Sloan.

Can we have Clive Owen's performance in Children of Men?
This never gets old cos it's always been old.

Yep, still going ahead and Homer, I'll think about it. If I open the list to include Clive Owen then I'm going to have to include the rest of the forest as well.

Just bumping this to see if there's enough interest to go ahead. It was due to finish at the end of Feb', but hardly any lists have come in. Is there any interest?

I'd forgotten about this. Just put me down for 50 votes to Takashi Shimura in Ikiru.

I'll make sure your number one vote goes that way even if you don't send in a list.

I'd forgot about his. I have this and the horror one to do in 9 days. Might just make it!

Compiling my list and for the first time ever in one of these polls I might stretch to 100.

Entirely by coincidence I have 3 people called Max in my list consecutively. Max Von Sydow, Max Shreck and Max Records.

Two of them wouldn't make my top 10,000 performances.

I'm curious as to which MVS performance it'll be.

Swords, are you sending a male list or a mixed list?

With everything else going on, I don't think I'd have a list together for the end of this month. I could probably put something in, but it would have a lot of gaps. Although I'd love everything I include

I am still interested, but won't be able to get it done by the end of the month - real world stuff has intruded, I'm afraid. Any chance of an extension or is that asking too much?

I was actually going to suggest extending the deadline, so that's absolutely fine. If we give it until April 14th then would that be long enough?

Is that Easter this year, or a bit random (I couldn't remember when Easter was - it always seems to arrive by surprise!)

I'd very much like an extension, please

Well, a month would be end of March, so that would seem natural. But it's my birthday early April and I won't want to mess around with the list then, so give it an extra two weeks.

Do you mean you need it extended beyond that, btw? If so I can go to end of April.
