 We got some snow over the weekend but it's all melting away now, and it's very unlikely to snow again anytime soon.

Snow can actually fuck off.

Apparently we might get a lot on Friday, but then we were supposed to get a lot over the weekend and got nothing.

Trouble is I was going to visit my mum over the weekend but I'm worried that if it actually does snow, I'll get stuck there.

 Presently my car is stuck in the driveway as the wheels can't get any traction to reverse out.

I finally managed to get out of the driveway and then proceeded to slide from one side of the road to the other for about five minutes until I could finally get back into the driveway. I have given it up as a bad job an phoned in. What is worse it they are predicting up to 15cm more snow on Friday.

 We've got fuck all here, I'm quite disappointed. I want that mega-blizzard that we had a couple of years back, that was great.

I liked walking to work and seeing people struggling to move cars, then a bunch of strangers muck in and help them get moving. I like that last day of school vibe at work where not everyone has made it in and there's not that much getting done.

Yup, definite snow fan here, as long as I don't have to drive in it.

Ditto. That's what we had about 3 years ago now (?) Too many hills and too much risk from other drivers. Better to stay stuck.

Yup another fan for snow here. Absolutely love it.

Being an external worker getting snowed in has its perks plus I'm just a kid at heart and would love to spend the day making snowmen, sledging and pummeling the kids with Snow balls.

 Just spoken to the guy who is supposed to be coming to mine tonight to look at my carpets and quote for new ones and it's chucking it down with snow and settling where he is (Chalfont St. Peter - yes, as posh as it sounds).

Part of me is YES!! Hopefully coming my way (Chalfont is about 20 mins from me). Other part is goddammit!! I need new carpets, can't it wait til after he has been

No-one can seem to make up their mind down here about tomorrow. I'm supposed to be going to Exeter and I could either be stuck at a train station when all transport gets cancelled and have to make my wain back or being going there and it's absolutely pissing it down! Not sure which is worse!

 Still no snow in Belfast, though they are saying tea time rush hour now, which makes my job of transporting a three year old across the city at 5.30pm even more of a pain in the arse than usual. I was hoping we'd have enough by now for myself and the wee man to take a sneaky snow day, but alas, it looks like we're both heading out the door to our respective schools/jobs in the next hour. Boo and hiss.
