Andrea is a bit of an idiot but Maggie did kill Andrea's wee teenage pal so maybe she's not in a rush to go back to them just yet.

Great return. The quality of season three has been fantastic. Looks like Rick is going a bit mental, seeing ghosts as well as zombies now! I hope the big guy from The Wire comes back, I really like him. They seem like a genuine group of survivors.

LOVED the fact Daryl stood up to his brother and basically didn't get dragged down by him. Rick seems to be having a hard time of it, wonder if the firefight was enough to snap him out of it?

Another action packed filled episode, with extra good work by Daryl with a car boot

I think it might be.

The first shot of the gunfight was a shock. One minute I thought Carol and beardy dude were going to get their groove on then next BAM! I had to rewind it and watch again.

So, who was driving the zombie van? I thought the movements looked kind of female (plus it crashed and the parking was shit....) which suggested to me Andrea but I don't think she'd do that. What about the sister of the group that got kicked out of the prison? Where are they? Maybe it wasn't a female and it isn't even important.

Can't wait until this week's.

Are they not still in the prison somewhere? They were about to make a decision about them but then Rick went a bit loopy.

Last two episodes of this new season still having that massive crunch feeling.
New people proove not all you see can be trusted and Daryl! what you playing at?
whilst we know blood is thicker than water you know deep down he's bad to the bone ..ha! no pun!
Yet another not so much surprise at the end of the second episode but yet a bloody hell what already ! Rick,Daryl and Michonne are needed now more than ever.

dundundun ..I could crush a grape or two for tomorrow's episode

I thought the person was female as well. I also thought it was Andrea but didn't the person in question shoot at Michonne. I wouldn't think Andrea would do that. I have no idea who it was but they seemed to be more focused on attacking Rick and Co than the Guvnor....

There's no way that it was Andrea driving the van, I assume it's just a random crony, the leathers and helmet were just for protection surely.

What did happen to the other group of survivors, they disappeared this week!!

Not sure what to make of Rick's descent into madness, thought they'd done with that storyline last half-season!?

Hang on, I thought the zombie filled van was sent by the Guvnor? That was part of his plan to get Rick and Co? The driver was one of the Guvnor's goons and they wanted to break open the prison and let the zombies at em. That was my take on things.

yeah that was what i thought they were just covered up for protection since they had to get out the van in the midst of all the zombies

I think I must have just been reading too much into it then. I thought it was a seperate thing from the Guvnors attack for some reason. Mainly because it was so totally shit and I had the Guvnor down as a bad bastard, just a few more walkers is rubbish.

In isolation it would have been a bit pointless, combined with the gun attack it could have been disastrous, but they didn't exactly push it

I have a theory which isnt a spoiler but worthy of inviso text nonetheless!

Tyrese is on the prisons side and has been sent by Rick in a scene that the audience hasnt seen.

Last episode was all filler

Maybe, but that jaw breaking scene was one of the most wince inducing they have ever done, and that's saying something!!!!

So what do people think is going to happen after this weeks episode and the ultimatum Rick has to decide on? I really do hope he doesn't hand Michonne over to The Governor.

My guess is that Carl will butt in on her behalf after she got the photo for him a couple of weeks ago.

As someone who never got bored once with the whole Sophia/farm storyline, this second half of season 3 is boring the face off me.

Only for another four days!

Seriously though, I've just caught up with the last four episodes today and have to say it really is one of the best TV shows on at the moment, maybe even ever. Season One was outstanding, Season Two took a slight dip due to spending too long on that damn farm and not enough zombie action, Season Three has been great up until now. The best thing is you just don't know what is going to happen each week, I have no idea how this 'war' is going to end.

Also the episode with Morgan was absolutely some of the best TV I've seen in ages. It's also great to see all these british actors getting major roles....

Two episodes left, one or two main characters have to go right? Maggie, Andrea and Milton for me!

I may have read a spoiler on FB from a guy I know in America. There was nothing specific mentioned but I've got a feeling I know the answer to the above.

Wasn't expecting Merle to go out like that, thought if he was going out he'd redeem himself in the attempt. Guess he was trying to tho.

If it follow's TV stereotypes, Glenn may as well have topped himself as soon as he proposed, tho I hope I'm wrong Think it has to be at least one of him, Maggie or Herschel tho, just for extra tragedy

Going to need a whole new cast next season at this rate...!

Damn Merle. He was always going to end up dead one way or another but I never thought he'd end up a walker. That guvnor is a sadistic bastard.

Felt sorry for poor Darryl, think it might have broken him seeing Merle like that. I hope the group run next week, don't get me wrong I'd love to see a firefight (and I'm sure we will) but I'm hoping they do a runner. There's no realistic way they could beat Woodburys numbers. Tyrese (I think that's his name) will probably end up on Ricks side, possibly Milton (what good is he?!)

It'll be interesting to see where they go....
