The black ninja woman was atrocious. She managed to overact every scene without any dialogue, I hope there's more to her than just scowling and squinting her way through episodes.

Its amazing how much you miss Andrew Lincoln and his weirdo accent when its taken away for a whole episode! (David Morrissey almost rivaled it though)

I wondered how this series is going to manage without the presence of Dale and Shane and Im still not sure its still on the same level as before.

Only episode 3 though so it has loads of time to get back to where it was.

A tear definitely fell at Andrew Lincolns delivery in the final scene. The way he looked at Carl....

Carl probably missed the shot pointblank and was too embarrassed to say.

I did think when watching it, it's like reading a George R R Martin book! Don't get attached to anyone!!

Brilliant episode, that shot with Rick in pieces looking at Carl who is completely emotionless. I call the Governor town Pleasantville! Very creepy.

In a survival situation, wouldn't it have been better to let the baby die and let Lori survive?

And was the guy they caught in the generator room the same person watching Carol from outside the prison and got the dead deer to lead the walkers in? If so, did he manage to get out the prison and back in undetected? It seems obvious but....

It didn't look like they really had any choice, no equipment and no real medical expertise, there was no way to save Lori, it was save the baby or lose them both and Lori knew it

I think that ?Oscar? said the fence was down on their side of the prison and walkers could come in from there. I assumed the guy ran out of the prison where the fence was down and came back in the same way. That doesn't explain how he managed to get the keys to open the gates to Rick's cellblock and let all the walkers in there.

In a zombie apocalypse a new born baby is a liability; screaming, needing constant supervision and supply runs for food/nappies/medicine etc. The ''best'' option would be to let them both die (assuming that Lori is going to die anyway).

I thought that when Rick chased him, he locked him outside. Hence when he cut the chain, that was him coming back in and letting the zombies in.

So, now that Michonne is on her tod, there's a good chance it's her that can connect Rick's prison group to the Governor's town... and am I getting it right that the walker Rick found ate Lori's entire body?

Also, who's that on the blower??

He's hearing the voices of dead people. He's loony tunes for sure albeit now with a clearer head.

I've enjoyed every episode so far. It's all about personal taste, I suppose.
