One star would honestly be generous for this movie. Caterine-Zeta Jones plays a character that is so perfect it's offensive. Some of the dialogue beggars belief: When the couple suffer the inevitable 'bump in the road' Zeta Jones utters the immortal line "You know what i'll miss most?...You...Your friendship." The words by themselves have cringe emminating from them but would, in certain films, ALMOST be acceptable. However this is not the case here due to the fact that a) Bartha's character offers her nothing BUT himself and his frindship, and b) she is the one breaking up with him! The farcical toilet humour leaves one wondering what on earth could have been disgarded from early drafts, if this is what the final product 'offers'. All that need be said, in a plea to stop anybody else wasting money (never mind time) watching this movie, is to go straight to the end (and i don't care about spoilers in this instance - believe me you should be grateful). This film ends with Bartha's character ADOPTING A BANGLADESHI ORPHAN AS A SINGLE FATHER. "It took me 2 years, but now I can finally call myself his dad!" NEED I SAY MORE?!
