Anyone played Gunstringer demo yet? The full game is only £22 at shopto. And as it comes with Fruit Ninja (DLC code probably) it may not be a bad deal. Is it intended as a budget title?

I quite liked the demo.  Really damaged sense of humour .  The shooting mechanic does take a bit of getting used to but I quite took to it.

Dear EA and Criterion,

Please make this good --> http://www.xbox360achievements.org/news/news-9448-EA-Slaps-a-Launch-Date-and-Price-on-Burnout-CRASH-.html

Thank you.

Also, has anyone played Leedmees or its demo yet?

Just tried Once Upon A Monster. Can't wait to play it with my little one! She's a bit too young at the minute, but when she's a little older it'll be perfect for some daddy-daughter time!

Set this to download today, I'll have a look at it with the little one tomorrow.

He saw it and shouted "Look Dad! An Elmo game!" Bless.....

Sooo...Gunstringer... It was fun, for a time. Design etc, was great, the implementation of the Kinect controls were good, but I traded it without finishing it. It's good, but not as good as some reviews would lead you to believe. I may pick it up again when it's below a tenner, but for now, I bought for £21 and sold it for £19 and I get to keep Fruit Ninja so I've lost very little.

Looks like I'm getting one of these today, £80 with 3 games.

Any recommendations for me and a 3 year old?

EA Sports active is the best I've come across, you also get a great little HRM which tells you exactly how many calories you've burned. It's dirt cheap as well.

The Biggest Loser is also fantastic, Your Shape is shiny and great but you get the better workouts from the other two. I haven't tried any of the others yet.

Kinect 2 will be accurate and powerful enough to lip-read, a new report has suggested.

According to Eurogamer, Kinect 2 will offer far superior motion-sensing and voice recognition.

The improved device will enable games to "lip-read, detect when players are angry, and determine in which direction they are facing".

The technology will reportedly measure players' vocal pitch and volume, as well as facial characteristics, leading to a much more accurate experience.

It was recently suggested that the next Xbox will launch in two editions, one version which is designed primarily for Kinect gaming and video streaming, and another more traditional games console.

Hands-free motion controller Kinect is expected to receive a "significant upgrade" and will be bundled with both systems.

The new Xbox and upgraded Kinect system is expected to be announced formally at CES in January or E3 in June.

Just started using this. Tell you what, it makes you work. I was sweating bullets after half an hour.

Going to stick with it but 9 weeks of 4 times a week seems like a long time.

It's the best out of the 'fitness' games that I've tried. Should really get back into using it.

My three year old has started playing Puss In Boots. It's perfect for a three year old. They can literally play the whole game by themselves.

I had a little go and it is pretty decent fun

Has anybody got one of these or know anybody who has? I'm just looking for that extra couple of feet so I don't have to keep moving the Sofa etc to play the Kinect.

I've seen a video or 2 of this product but as it's not in person I can't say it is as good as they say. Has anybody seen one of these in use, in person?

The cries of many Star Wars fans definitely called out in unison back in August when it was revealed that Kinect Star Wars and its associated Limited Edition console bundle had been delayed. Now, those cries will hopefully be silenced with some good news. Kinect Star Wars and the console bundle have now been given an official release date - April 3rd, 2012.

In addition to the news about the release date, several details were also given about the title. Kinect Star Wars will include five distinct game modes - Jedi Destiny: Dark Side Rising, Podracing, Rancor Rampage, Galactic Dance Off and Duels of Fate. Here are some further details as to what the game will include from the press release:

New experiences within Jedi Destiny Mode, including

o Space battles: As you travel the Galaxy to face an evil that threatens to undermine the fabric of the Republic, you’ll engage with forces of the Empire in intense space battles

o Speeder Bikes and Landspeeders: Pilot iconic Speeder Bikes and Landspeeders on your epic journey

o New duels: Battle opponents like Count Dooku and Darth Vader on your journey to become a Jedi

· New Duels of Fate mode, a battle-by-battle experience to sharpen your Jedi skills against the Dark Side.

· New Galactic Dance Off mode loaded with Star Wars-themed pop tunes where those still honing their Jedi skills can take a break to battle Darth Vader on the dance floor or bust a move “Solo style.”

Also, people who purchase the console bundle will receive an exclusive C-3PO unlockable for Dance Mode.

Galactic Dance Off Mode?

All the way through reading that blurb that's all I could think. The rest sounds not too bad but... Galactic Dance Off?

Especially with the free Fruit Ninja Kinect.

I just picked up Child of Eden yesterday for £10 in Tesco.

I'm so torn on this. I resent paying £25 for 3 games that I paid £1.38 for on my iPhone (got Seasons free...). That said, achievements... Hoping it comes up quickly on my rental liat.
