Dog Soldiers is not unsung. Well, not on this board

Isn't the problem that it can leave open the argument for 'gem' status - Mothman Prophecy being the major standout in the list above being utter kak and all?

Be careful of Quills. It's messed up.

I don't see The New World. This list is null.

there's probably gonna be a lot on the list that people see as 'kak', but it's a list that's compiled from readers of this board :) no doubt it'll be argued, but aint that the point? hehe.

oh, and this is only the first 10 of 100's...Plenty of room for The New World.

Al - Achtung isn't around anymore. Given this is a service really - a summary of a very long thread - I could add a link to this in the top post of the Musings thread if you think that sounds sensible?

Wasn't it a rather divisive and a flop? It's considered one of Malick's weaker works, from what I know.

Beautiful Girls is brilliant. A lot like The Deer Hunter, only without the Vietnam bit and with more laughs. And with prettier girls and a happier ending. But otherwise the same.

Yeah, but it has appeared on plenty of 'best of the decade' lists. Usually pretty highly.

I completely agree with you about The Spiral Staircase - it's fantastic!
