this has risen to Play.com's no. 1 spot in the DVD sales chart, unfortunately it's still a bit expensive for me if only they had knocked off another 10

i saw that West Wing boxset, ive never seen the show, but i was tempted.

I'm a big fan of the 2 dvd's you can pick up, today in Morrisons i got Diary of The Dead, The Signal, Austin Powers (10th Anniversary Edition), Skinwalkers (1) & The Host for 9. Not bad going at all.

I normally avoid the single disc edition of a movie no matter how cheap it may be because I always seem to wanna get the complete 2 disc set even though I may never watch any of the extras, and nowadays I avoid getting certain films because I wanna get them on Blu-ray.

I'm exactly the same, I feel like its cheating myself by buying the single disc edition. I very rarely watch the extras too.

it's this this idea that you want the complete thing, even though you never watch the extras the fact that you know you have them is good enough - it's sounds weird but thats how it is.

so just in case I feel like watching the extras from some movie I can do so without having regretted buying the single disc set.

I hope that you're joking

All Warner Gangster boxsets are $17 at amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Gangsters-Collection-Petrified-Roaring-Twenties/dp/B00114XLTQ/ref=pd_cp_d_1

I bought

32 for 11 films - all with commentaries! That's less than 3 per film!

With deals like these DVD still has a long life ahead of it.

Couple of good boxset bargains on amazon and play -

Millenium complete collection - 22.99
Alias complete collection - 26.97

Roswell complete is the same as as millenium but I have never watched it. Any good? Is it worth it at that price?
