I got an email saying I could play the beta. Apparently because I had bought Splinter Cell Conviction (I hadnt :) ) I could play the beta, all I had to do was pop the SC disc in and I could download it Pity you cant 10 day return at Gamestation anymore otherwise I'd be popping that SC disc in then popping it right back to GS.

Rent it?

Had a blast on this just now with Giz and SHP. After playing BF3 for so many hours it felt rather strange, doesn't feel like GR game. I can't decide if that's a good thing or not. I think it might just take some getting used to, the visuals are pretty stunning mind. Enjoying it but I think it's one of those the more you play the more you'll enjoy....

I prolly won't use my code so if anyone wants it they can have it. It'll work on both formats. But only once I think.

1st come 1st serve, must have 50+ posts.

Eurogamer did an interesting review

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012-05-22-ghost-recon-future-soldier-review

Oh dear and there I was hoping Ubi Soft wouldn't wreck this Tom Clancy franchies after what happened to Splinter cell and Rainbow Six.

Anyone picked this up? I got mine today, eager to know some of your opinions on it. All the reviews I've read are around the 4 star mark.

Started this on co-op last night. Only played the first few missions but I'm really enjoying it so far, I'm more into it than I have been the last few cods or the BF3 campaign. Sneaking around in the sand storm was more tense and fun than any mission in BF3. I never really played GRAW so I'm not sure what the fans think but I'm surprised there hasn't been a bigger deal made of this game.

I'm sure it's best played with a group of 4 as the AI team mates are a bit annoying at times. Sneaking up slowly to an enemy camp and...oh what's that in the distance? Why, it's my AI buddy sprinting around in amongst the enemies.
It's only happened once or twice but I wish there was a squad command to tell them to hold back.

Anyway, pretty solid stuff.

Huzzah! 2 and a half months later, someone else has got the game.

I love it; been playing through it with a mate and two AI, and has been great fun, even if he is as stealthy as a bull in a china shop.

The level in the camp, following a warlord is the highlight so far for me.
