'Anyway, I'm off to do a satellite interview, thats lingo for an interview...via satellite.'

Jane Lynch was the best thing about this episode but the football team was a close close second.

I could not stop laughing at the football dance routine.  Absolute class.

Jane Lynch is brilliant, really sinister.

The episode last night was brilliant, dont think ive laughed as much as when the football team started dancing for ages. The scene between Kurt and his Dad at the end was excellent too, the show seems to balance the daft and touching brilliantly.

I'm so enjoying Glee, the week wait between episodes is quite hard.
Normally by the time I get into a show it has already been running for years, and I can sit down with a boxset and watch a whole series in a week or two.

After this week, I finally get where that youtube vid of John Barrowman dacing to Single ladies comes from, too! I was wondering what inspired that.

I went from laughing to on the verge of tears with those 2 scenes.

I bought this today:

HMV - 9.99 (it's an import but they have loads of em!)

It went straight into the car CD player and i've been murdering some well known songs ever since!  Plus, it's 17 tracks long but there's quite a few we've yet to hear as the episodes haven't aired yet. Oh and a Vol. 2 CD is also available but i'm going to leave that until i've got hold of the boxset and watched all the episodes so far.

Oh and I got it wrong... the second half of Season 1 starts in the USA in April

By that time the UK will probably have shown up to the 13th episode, so that means we'll get the US episodes not long after they see them.

I'm loving it. That coming out scene was so unexpected and touching.

I must be the only person who doesn't like Jane Lynch in this show. I just zone out whenever she is on screen.

I'm the same. She seems more like a Little Britain character in that she's just one note and you know exactly what's coming. Also, her character is exactly the same as her character in Role Models. She's alright in small doses but, like you, if she's on screen for more than a minute or so it just seems so forced and I look forward to when she's not on screen.

Well, now that mozilla is finally working on my computer, i just caught up with ep2. Yeah, I know I'm behind. I think this show can go far. I still think the pilot had a lot of issues, but 2 was funny, and very quotable. I also liked the hitting the postman gag. I'll continue to watch this.

I've heard a lot of people say this and I have to say, I thought it was rubbish compared to the absolutely fantastic and gorgeous Kristin Chenoweth singing 'Maybe This Time'. It brought me to tears. I didnt know she was going to be in this episode, I've loved her ever since she managed to become my favourites in the later seasons of The West Wing. Her voice is incredible!

I loved this episode simply because Kristin Chenoweth was in it

It gave my goosebups as well. It was either that or the ice cream I was eating at the time.

Not one of the best epsiodes.  I dunno, I'm just finding it all a bit slow and I hate the way the songs are all shortened versions.  I know that they probably have to do that for the sake of the shows running time.  Downloaded the full version of Somebody to Love and it's much better than the edit used in the show.  That was the highlight of the episode.  Chenowith was such an annoying character and I found her voice too nasal.

I'm sticking with it because I still think it's good entertainment and my friends in the US all say how much better it gets later in the series.

The whole Somebody to Love thing was made laughable for me by the fact that Finn looked like he was desperate for a wee for the whole thing - And the song was way too short to make any real impact anyway.

But I was pleased that I noticed that Sandy's surname is Ryerson (as mentioned above) especially as it's Groundhog Day today.

I thought this episode was a bit heavy handed... it had a saved by the bell aura to it (by that I mean Kristin Chenoweth's character and her drinking problem) She's got a great voice though and I always loved her on Pushing Daisies.  I kept hearing people bang on about how amazing Somebody to love was and by the time I heard it, I thought it was good, but it didn't blow me away like Don't stop believing. Still loving the show but the episode was a bit of a let down for me after last week's.

gotta say this weeks episode wasnt that great, however there were a few good scenes in there. Rachel is just starting to get kinda annoying what with her wanting to be spoilt but hopefully she'll stick with the decision at the end of this weeks episode. I would love to see an episode featured on the wheelchair kid and that other punk chick they look like interesting characters as well seeing as every other character has some big part to play in the previous episodes they should get their turn as well.

That episode (I'm a few days behind, remember) was good but needed more Dianna Agron. She's my wallpaper at the moment, and she is ridiculously attractive.
