ORIGINAL: Milly1905 As much as I love Gerard Butler, even he was not enough to keep me concentrating on the film, and I think when fidgiting with fingernails distracts you, there is obviously a problem. I like the concept and the idea of the film, and I'm all for widening my imagination, but the way the film played out, it was so unrealistic that it just caused me to screw up my face in a 'yeah right' sort of fashion. Jamie Foxx's character was unlikeable, Butlers just confused me and I wasn't siding with either. Some of the scenes were interesting and made me look at the scene, but the overall it lacked depth and there were too many plot holes. Good for 'not taken to seriously' cat & mouse/ admiration of his clever plans, but not so great for someone who wants a realistic film to really engage your brain. And for me, that spoiled the entire film. I was rooting for Butler and ##spoiler### the fact that Foxx was the good guy that finally got the better of Butler gave the movie a huge emptiness at the end
