ORIGINAL: paulyboy For those with both consoles, this might be of interest: Clicky! Personally, after looking at the screenshots and videos in that article, I really can't see much difference at all. Don't get me wrong, I can see the differences, but only just, in motion I'm not sure I'd be able to tell. CG cutscenes are obviously and significantly better on PS3 though, that's a given. I know what you mean, but IMO it's almost all very hit and miss. I'd say the cutscene sections which Eurogamer and most outlets were saying were worst hit, really weren't all that bad. Sure there was some loss of sharpness around the edges, but the texture etc didn't seem to be lacking in anyway. However the game often looked washed on the 360, at least background and textures did, character models didn't really suffer at all. If Microsoft paid any kind of large sum to prevent this from being a Sony exclusive, I'd be demanding some sort of refund for the lack of effort they've clearly put in. Oh well, not a Final Fantasy fan anyway, so doesn't bother me and the game still looked quite good, though below expectations of games being released in 2010, and it's still easily playable.
