£12 in cex, a very lucky find mate! I had some BDs to trade in too, so that was cool. It's in mint condition too. Cex can quite often have some great steelbooks in and they just charge the same as they would for the regular Blu.

Warner Bros are releasing Blus in new Steelbooks on 12th November-






Quite a cash-grab with very little effort put into them to be honest.

 I actually like the style of those personally. I think they look good, although i dont think their price tag looks good, seem to be around £17.99 each which is crazy for cataogue titles. I'd want 10,000 BC, Troy, Sherlock Holmes and Clash of the Titans. Although i already own those movies and have two 10,000 BC Steelbooks already!

Yeah, I agree.

Chances are good that many Blu-ray player owners already own Heat, Seven, Inception, Bladerunner (lol homer baiting) and The Matrix, so releasing them in a fancy pants steelbox seems a bit a pointless.

Sorry mate, have to disagree, they are just plain lazy. The Inception one in particular is just the movie poster in black and white.And the I Am Legend one has just blown the image of Will Smith from the poster up. There are many great looking steelbooks out there (you own most of them ) and these just look poor in comparison in my opinion

I guess i like the white on them, as you don't get too many white steelbooks. I think Forrest Gump is the only one i have personally. I seriously do love the look of the ones i listed though, Troy, Clash, 10,000 BC and Sherlock. I come from the camp of 'you can never have too many 10,000 BC Steelbooks'

Anyone getting the Ninja Scroll steelbook at the end month? Looks great from the images I've seen. I love the concept of anime steelbooks, the Akira one last year was great.

 That Ghostbusters one is nice.... but probably since the other current version is that terrible flourescent green thing. Actually looking at movies today was tempted by that and the Akira steelbook.
