I'm a big fan of Shane Black, Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang is one of my favourite films of recent years, I don't really like the sound of this latest project, I want to know what happend to "Cold Warrior " that was mentioned in this magazine a fair few months ago.

He used to be Tarzan in the US live action series and he played Doc Savage in the aforementioned 75 film.
Brilliantly crap but strangely entertaining all at the same time.

This is good news. I remember seeing the Ron Ely version as a kid. I got the joke and thought it was a great tongue-in-cheek action movie. The theme tune was terrific too: "(whistling) Doc Savage! Doc Savage!"

If they keep that humour in, this could be very good indeed.

Loved the original Doc Savage so much. One of my earliest film memories was watching that (still waiting for a DVD release). Excited that Mr Black is involved in this reboot!

Shane Black writes the greatest dialogue. Please cast someone who can do justice to it!
