Well, I was going to offer to be the local police officer, but you've had some volunteers already. However, if this is like one of the Midsommer Villages, then we'll have at least 6-7 murders every week, so you might need all the PCs you can get.

Alternatively, I'm willing to offer to be the village doctor. I have no medical experience whatsoever, so I'll probably just tell everyone to take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning. I'm young, sexy and female, and I'll have hot, naked affairs with all the gorgeous men in the village, and the villagers can gossip about me in church every Sunday, trying to guess who I'm currently shagging.

I'll live in a big fancy house on the outskirts of the village. I'll have 2 cocker spaniels. My medical practice will be a small office in the centre of the village.
