@ boredbluekoala: I am amazed someone liked actually liked Broken Arrow and MI:2. Hard Target was decent along with F/Off, but best work are his fab Hong Kong thrilers. It's a relief that he has no plans to return to the US to make disappointing movies. And Hard Boiled 2 - has just made my day

@Vijayuk........I recently re-watched M:I:2 on dvd, and I was amazed at how stylish and different it was from the first (which for me is a classic post cold war thriller). And Broken Arrow is by far the most fun Travolta put on screen ever since Tarantino re-discovered him. Give em another look, they're great pics.

Hard Boiled 2? Bring it on!!!! Woo's Hong Kong films are far better than his Hollywood outings. They were good, but not great. They do not compare to Hard Boiled, The Killer, Bullet in the Head, A Better Tomorrow, etc.
I will be eagerly awaiting HB2. Do it in Hong Kong, not with Hollywood Woo!!!

But Hard Boiled 2 can never meet the standards of the original, its age has passed, they dont make things like that any more.
