Okay, you can come back.

Just gutted that I haven't got any platinums yet. I was on the way with Lego Harry Potter but that went tits up when it glitched.

Fallout: NV is an easy platinum, just a bit time consuming.

I would recommend on the first playthrough not playing on hardcore, just enjoy the game and make sure you complete all the trophy-related optional quests. Then there is a point in the game where, if you save it beforehand, you can replay it and watch all the other endings. Make sure you do all the other trophies (like 10,000 damage from melee weapons etc.) before you complete the game, as there is no free roam after completing it.

That will just leave the hardcore trophy, which is really very easy (I managed a speedrun in under 7 hours on normal, could do it even quicker if you want but I levelled up a bit first). Diffficulty is distinct from hardcore so you can lower the difficulty and still get the trophy if you are struggling. Tips for a speed run: low Charisma SPECIAL but put all skill points into speech (tag speech as well) as you want to get speech to 100 asap, very high Luck/Agility/Strength, use science/counterfeit passport to get into The Strip, complete the Wild Cards ending (and then dont do any of the optional missions, you can still complete the game so dont worry), dont bother with the assassination mission either (doesnt affect the ending/completion).

Aye, looking forward to Arkham City as well. Really enjoyed Arkham Asylum; the storyline was great meaning I was more than happy to play through the game twice and the control system is fab meaning playing the challenges were immense fun. More so because it has a high-score table. The challenges are a retro-gamers dream!

Umm... is anyone else not seeing this thread on the front page of Joypad anymore, or am being blind? (Of course I realise that as I'm posting it may jump/reappear at the top again thus negating the need for such a post)

Also, are we updating for the new year, it's flipping february already, one step closer to the apocalypse and I've only got imaginary trophies to show for it.

Good lord man, another platinum, maybe we should have a separate leaderboard for over 1000 trophies, like Top Gear do for the proper racing drivers, not that that would possibly put me in second or anything...

Just platinumed Black Ops; that Sacrificial Lamb trophy takes so much luck that it is beyod annoying. Got all the trophies apart from the Insanity playthrough trophy on Mass Effect 2 as well, so that should be another platinum. Although that is quite frustrating and I'm not sure if I can be bothered to complete that one.

Also, if we must unsticky one thread from the top, surely it would be better if the PSN ID thread was removed and this one kept, as this one contains both ID and trophies....

Quite an easy platinum too. No more grinding for the valour medals or ribbons, and the Elite playthrough is a piece of cake. Not sure whether to start Bioshock or continue grinding out the points for Battlefield, although I am enjoying BFBC2 a lot.

Slowly slowy catchy monkey - still going on FFXIII. I'm now 70 hours in, have maxed out ultimate weapons for three of the characters and around 15 of the low level cieth missions left.

I decided to tackle the tougher ones first. I seem to be demolishing the game this time round. Should have the platinum soon enough if I keep chipping away at it. I want to be part of the 1000/1000 + Platinum club! 190 Hours into the game so far if I combine both formats together.

Edit: finished all 64 cieth missions....

All I have left now is:

kill an adamantoise, or the extreme version anyway - should take 5 minutes
5 star all missions.....most of the tough ones I five starred anyway. Think I have around 20 to 5 star
treasure hunter.........the biggest hurdle, will take me time but worth it

I have returned from my horrifically long absence with a huge trophy update. Three new platinums are Uncharted 2, Assassin's Creed II and Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, all of which were great fun. Plus, tons of trophies from various games that I can't remember.

Behold!! My second Platinum and it was exactly my 700th trophy which is rather satisfying too - just over a year after starting Uncharted: Drake's Fortune I have completely completed it (albeit with a bit of treasure hunting help)� which game next?! I've only got three trophies left on Assassin's Creed II which were a bit tricky (although thinking about it the third is the Platinum, so only two left!!?)

UPDATE: Double behold!! Tonight I got a third Platinum, just one day after the second, and this time it was for Uncharted 2!!
