isn't he in the country doing panto? i'm sorry steve but i really can't see these happening, or want them to happen even. both films should have left it after the first attempt, always downhill from there. don't get too excited chris!

Although I would have thought Short Circuit would be a more obvious revival. I also see scope in a darker take on the Three Men saga. The Bride, having been the butt of jokes all her life, goes on a roaring rampage of revenge scouring America until she finds Dansen, Guttenburg and Selleck. Only when all names have been crossed off the list can she find inner peace. Forget Nimoy - How about Guttenburg and Tarantino? or even better, Guttenburg and Ratner? That's a sure-fire way to have a revival and a descent all because of one film.

They should do Police Academy in the cinema verite style, all hand-held and gritty, like Law and Order, but with all the same gags!

'I'm going to do another Three Men and a baby film and Police Academy 8', and we say 'OH NO YOUR NOT'!!!!!!!!. Hollywoods haven't scrapped that far down the barrell - yet..
I know that Dom (or Dave) from Radio 1's The Chris Moyles Show worships you Steve but I'm sorry to say this mate but you're a nobody now (as is Tom Selleck) so just enjoy doing panto like Henry Winkler (although he will never be a nobody as hey - sorry heyyyeee- he was The Fonz) and then go back and do a tv drama/sci-fi show or something.
NO MORE F'n POLICE ACADEMY'S

What about "the curious case of cocoon 3" where all the old fogeys from the original have now grown so young they are now babies and Steve Guttenburg ropes in his bessy mates Tom "the Tache" Selleck, and Ted "Cheers" Danson to help him out with the bairns - throw in Courteney Cox (original Cocoon) to cop off with Tom Selleck (a la Friends) - get Brad Pitt to reprise his Benjamin Button role as a bit of an "in" joke, chuck in the rest of the Friends cast for bit parts - cos we know that 4/5s of them need the screen time, reference Police Academy & Scream and you have the mother of all non-parody, self referential cross-over movies. Genius!

I'm an 80's kid in the flesh and I have to say i'm happy to return in a way to the series of films. Looking forward to Police Adademy 8 and would like to warn the teens of today that Steve Guttenberg plus all other 80's greats will always be way bigger than any nowaday star even Harry Potter.

The latest Three Men And A Baby film sounds just fine to me and will book my tickets in advance.

BRING ON THE 80'S!!!!!!
