Wonder if Shaft will ever be played by a white person.

No, because there has never been a white person called John

(Paterson Joseph) Another actor I've never really rated.
When he appears in certain Comedies I dont find him amusing and when I see him playing more grounded realistic roles I find him to be slightly over dramatized.

Richard Ayoade might make a good James Bond.

lol, even though he's a massive nerd in the it crowd, he is actually a really cool guy. He would be an awesome Bond. For the record I love Paterson Joseph and he is the absolute bomb as Johnson in peep show

Why does Bond have to be male?

He could be Jamie Bond, I've heard Jamie used as a woman's name.

Or he could be a rough, bald, fat Glaswegian called Jimmah!

So? Call her Jamie Bond and make a reference/wink to it in the film somewhere.

''The names Bond...Jame- sorry, Jamie Bond. Long story ;)''

Job done.

No, that would be shite. A female Bond would be shite.

Think of the hot lesbian scenes. Imagine Goldeneye, with Jamie Bond fighting Xenia Onatopp.

Judging a film before a trailer or script is written. Impressed.

I'm judging it on the basis of your dumb-ass 'synopsis'. It would be shite, of course it would. If you want a female-spy franchise then create something different, create a different character that has nothing to do with Bond.

The only Bond film that would get me interested in Bond, is Tarantino's rumoured one way back. At least it'll be different.

Bond: ''You know who I AM motherfucker? Show me your bare feet.''

Bond has to be a man to be fair, it really doesn't matter if he's black or white but I think a female Bond would be lame.

I mean where do you draw the line?

Why does Bond have to be human? I've always thought Bond would be better if he was played by a horse

A midget would be pretty good.
Now he really would be undercover.

When you think about-it it actually makes perfect sense.

Bond should be either animated or set in the future next time round. Or at least change its name to James Bored.

They should get the boy who played Stringer Bell to be Bond. That'd work.

If it was gonna be a quine or wifie I suppose Winslet could pull it off.

What about an ethnically minor woman?

As for the above attempt at typed weegie... The devolved excuse for appropriating English practiced by the heathen in Scotland's urban jungle should remain limited to assaulting unfortunate ears. It lacks the character of the vastly superior Doric.

Bond should really be played by a 57 year old Vietnamese lady in a wheelchair with facial herpes and jaundice
