I've really missed Screenwipe this year. I hope he will go back to it after he's done with this project.

I was one of the many Zombie extra's in this , and it does indeed look fantastic , it was certainly good fun to be part of.

Looks good this, and if the script is a well written and funny as his guardian columns then it will be very good.

I can recommend his Dawn of the dumb book too. A collection of his columns from the Guardian. Some of the television articles have aged a bit(Big Brother with Tourette sufering Pete a good example), but they re still funny if you can remember what he is talking about. His non  television articles are still very funny.

I'm really looking forward to this and was ready to be disappointed (this optimism thing is way over rated) but the press launch was last night and somebody who "couldn't give a monkeys" seemed to like it so things are looking good.

Violent zombie mayhem written by the legend that is Charlie Brooker? Count me in!

(By the way, what time will this be showing at, does anyone know?)

Yeah seriously, there must be a set date by now, despite the useless "Coming Soon" trailers on E4. This looks really cool, and Charlie Brooker is fantastic so that's cool and a half.

Got a really good feeling about this one. First real 18 rated zombie tv show that I can think of.

Wonder if Charlie Brooker got made up as a zombie for it?

Are you in the trailers? Could we spot you or will it spoil things too much if you tell us what scenes you are in? The show does look terrifying so I`ll certainly will be watching this.

this actually looks genuinely scary, and i reckon its gonna be wickedly funny as well. Nice to see E4 making a bit of an effort, rather than sticking on Supernanny repeats or showing the same film every night.

cant wait, hope one of the real ex-contestants that are in the trailer their guts munched!

One of the scenes i was an extra in is briefly seen in the trailer , but dont think im visable. I had the luck of being both a Zombie and a hapless Big Brother fan being attacked in a crowd.

Ive been invited to a screening on Sunday night as a thank you , and so I will let you all know what i thought of it without spoiling anything.

I guessing that's because it's in line with Big Brother being on every night

yeah looking forward to this...I really enjoy Brooker's writing in the Guardian
