I thought the retro 80s credits were awesome for 'Peter's story' and loved the fact that in the parallel universe, Eric Stolz played Marty McFly in Back to the Future.

I huge grin on my face once those credits started!

Those credits were great, unfortunately the wife didn't really understand and obviously has some kind of time era deficiency as at the start of this weeks episodes she came out with "The new credits have changed back to the old ones!"

Yeah, Fringe is one of those shows that seems to just get better and better. The first half of season one was all very average but since then things have progressed really well.

Yeah, so glad it's been renewed for a third season - all the stuff with the parallel universe is really interesting.

The look on Walters face when Peter told him he knew, it almost made me blub!

Unfortunately, it's a fairly poor episode.

The recent one with The Goonie's Martha Plimpton was great, though I've seen the final twist coming for a while now....

The noir one was... odd, it felt like they didn't quite go far enough with the "noirness" and musical bits were just unnecessary, hopefully the last 3 eps of the season really dig into the mythology. Timon are you talking about ep 21? That hasn't aired aired in the UK (right?).

Walter is like an uncle i would love to have, felt for him when he broke down in the store.

As for the ending,

I was talking to the Mrs a few weeks ago about the possibility that Alt Universe Walter was 'The Secretary' looking for his Peter who our Walter stole. That sounds so messed up but I think I know what I mean!

Back to the good stuff again this week, so there's just a double episode next week and that's season 2 finished?
