Now we just need many Jaws films and holographic billboards....

Me and the GF have just had the 20 week scan. Our little babba is doing great, don't know the sex, but belive it or not even in the 2D scan he/she has their mouth open and looks like its smiling.

My heart soared. I am happy.

I have no idea who any of them are, apart from Terry Pratchett who I know has got a beard and keeps going on about killing himself but never does.

Congratulations. Soon you shall have a minion to mould in your own image.

OK, this is a bit evil of me... but I genuinely convinced my dear old Mum that the blockbuster FROZEN was all about lesbians...

I know, I'm a horrible person...

So today I met this incredible, iconic woman.

I gave her a copy of one of the magazines I write for. It's a classic sci-fi magazine and I was absolutely amazed and totally starstruck when she asked me to sign it for her and insisted that she gave me something in return.

Now nobody else was allowed to have their photo taken with her unless it was one of the paid for, professional photoshoots.

So here;s a photo of me with Nichelle Nichols, taken by my 13 year old daughter.

I struggled to get my words out, my tongue was three times bigger than it usually is and I must have come across as a total idiot, but yes, this made me smile. Still am smiling.

EDIT: No idea why the image won't post. Sorry.

Definitely one for the memory banks. It is nice when famous people turn out to be genuinely nice.
