 Even on the shittiest of days there's usually something to perk you up.

Today I cracked up laughing as one of my students misheard my surname and asked out loud if my name was "Miss Boner".

 Just be thankful that isn't your surname, you'd be eaten alive!!

The other day I was in the hospital waiting room, when an old bloke walked past me and let off the loudest fart I think I have ever heard.  While I was trying desperately not to laugh, I looked around and no one even batted an eyelid.... which just made me laugh all the more.

 Little children that follow there mums into the fitting room at work. There faces light up when i ask if they want to hold the tag (a big persons job you know) most stay with there mum but some come over to talk to me and even help. Makes my day as there allways funny. they also make me laugh at the till.

In the office-I've been eating this huuuge bag of monkey nuts all week and been Elastic banding it up at the end of each day, good for energy and stuff, but today as the bag was down to the dreggs I found a rock inside, about the size of a monkey nut, checking the package it said they were from China so I guess it came from China with the nuts, I started complaining to my work colleagues that it could at least be a mouse that I could Sue on a rock is a pretty lame object to claim compensation on.

 First proper day of Spring! YAY!

22 degrees by 10am and now topping out at about 25 degrees just in time for lunch on the balcony. Best of all is this is it for the next 9 months

My youngest had a visit from the Tooth Fairies last night.
In her excitement she dropped the pound coin on her toe, which obviously caught her in a painful place, so I spent the next 10 minutes laughing my head off and proclaming "that's nothing, I dropped a fiver on my foot once. That's 5 times more!" 
I'm still smiling now, sometimes even the smallest things can brighten your day.
As I frequently tell the wife

 My dad's usual sense of humour.
My friend's drunken holiday stories.
My Nan - everytime I go visit her she's always on the phone to my mum afterwards saying nice things about me. Today's was I'm looking stunning and have lost weight. God Bless my Nan!
My old workmates I met today - since I've come back from travelling everybody has been really complimentary about how I'm looking right now, it's been a total confidence boost.
Me phoning my brother thinking I was phoning my dad, and demanding to know why he was answering instead!
