 And by the way - that 190 million isn't all Warners, take about a third away for the cinemas. So they are in an even deeper whole.

Heck there was talk of and Cowboys and Aliens sequel...and that has done even worse!

Sad but true.Also,some estimates put the final budget of Green Lantern including advertising near 250 million!.In order for a sequel to be made,it had to hit BIG.It didnt even make the top ten earners of the year.Heck,Green Hornet made more than Green Lantern!

A pity though,as i enjoyed the film and would have gladly watched a follow up.

 Bet W.B/DC feel sick now after the Avengers came out to not only critical acclaim but also near enough took GLs whole opening weekend box-office in a Thursday opening in the UK.

 I still enjoyed Green Lantern more than Captain America.
