There is something deeply hilarious about City doing even worse than last year. football on a Thursday night sucks, but at least it means you're not a complete failure of a football club.

It does seem that not winning anything is the best way to keep your job:
- dalgleish wins Carling Cup > sacked
- RDM takes FA Cup & CL > sacked
I tell you, if Mancini wins the PL again he's definitely out
