What about the humble biro from The Bourne Identity?  But some good choices there (nice to see Braindead and ED2 getting mentions)

Much as I love the Smart Gun, I'd also nominate the BFG - if only for the hours of cathartic fun I've had with it on the Playstation.

Pretty good list though.

I was going to suggest Dirty Harry's dirty 44. Magnum but then i remembered the best revolver was Jack Nicholson's 'Joker' - the trouser long revolver - golden

The gas powered crosbow from van helsing.
The plasma Caster From predator (See avpR for a hand held version)
The Staff weapon From Stargate
The Pencil From TDK
The Laser Bow from Blade Trinity.

Machete's gun from Planet Terror was the sh*t.....wish it was listed...
was way cooler than Rose McGowan's leg!! How does she pull the
trigger on that thing again?
Planet Terror was such a let down after that kick ass trailer Machete...
....he gets the women!!!! they f**ked with the wrong Mexican!!!

PS: The list is missing the Feral Kid's razor sharp boomerang from
The Road Warrior - that thing is bad-ass!!

The Witch-King of Angmar's mace in Return of the King, now that shit is badass!!  Which is how I believe Tolkien himself described it...

Do you remember the line "You shall not pass!!!" in the Bridge of Khazad-Dum?
Then Gandalf falling, gripping the sword known as Glamdring in his hand and smiting the Balrog?

A f**king Balrog for crying out loud!

True, any weapon that can smite a Balrog's ruin upon the mountainside is formidable but come on, when that mace was unfurled in front of Eowyn did you not just think to yourself "ohhhh shit, this poor horse-maiden is in for a beat-down?"
