aren't the studio worried about piracy? i mean, everyone wants to see this and giving a worldwide release date wouldn't hurt.

Warner Bros seem kinda desprate with their marketing campaign...endless posters, tv shots, trailers, etc. The budget for the film must have doubled with this aggressive marketing, and it is likely to cut into WB's profits

Not for me. I just realised it´s not being released in the country where I´m living until August 13th. AUGUST 13TH!!!! As they say over here Me cago en la puta!!!! -guess what that means. So quit yer whining and spare a thought for people like me. I loathe and despise you all, august 24th-ers.

I'm really excited about this film (who isn't??!) and i cant wait till it's finally showing in the cinemas. My favourite poster has to be why so serious, even though i have to admit, they seem to have over done it a bit in the marketing department with all the posters and trailers, but still really excited!!
