With the size of his gob, I am amazed he didn't get cast as The Joker

Who the fuck is Chris Brown?  Not seen any of those films and do not listen or care about R&B.  However I do like a good heist movie so if Matt Dillon is on board I may check it out.

This item has just started a really heated debate in our office ( breaks and lunches only) regarding the fact that we can only figure out a few Rappers/r&B singers which have been able to transverse the gap between singing and movies. We came up WIth JJ cool J ( dubious) and Ice Cube(even though he has made more bad movies than good). you got any others that were good?

Who is he? I've never heard of him. And why is it rappers or whatever think they can all act, R&B/Rap takes minimal talent as it is, so they really shouldn't stretch themselves.

Queen Latifa, Jenifer Hudson and Tyrese Gibson come to mind. A boarderline call is Jaime Foxx. I know he's a comedian/actor/singer/classically trained pianst/anoying talented bastard but he did have a very unsuccessfull album out before he made it as a comedian and subsequent actor etc

bigmurds...Umm Ludacris, i think tht he is not too bad(Crash...um there are others jus don't know em). And the ever so excellent Mos Def..they r the only ones who standout in my mind, clearly anyone else is not worth remembering...in my mind at least.

Ever heard of Will Smith, Mos Def (well said cece), Jamie Foxx, Tupac Shakur, Tyrese Gibson (thank you bronco3114)....gosh what's with the fucking ignorance? Yes he might not be a good actor, although in stomp the yard he didn't really need to be-my God he's a damn good dancer, but give him and R&B/rap stars a break. He might just surprise you!

If Chris Brown was who i think he was on The O.C then that was some god awful acting. He'd better not bring down Stringer Bell's good name
