Not sure how many parts this is in (at least two) but its a reworking of The Wizard of Oz with Zooey Deschanel as Dorothy and Alan Cumming as the scarecrow.  It suffers from TV movie blocking and bad costumes but just about kept my attention. Anyone else see it?  Part two is on Friday.

Yeah, it was quite good... not great but the FX were pretty good, plus Zooey is always good value...

Not great. Some interesting ideas but the source material was far more radical and political than this which just seemed to fit a fairly common plot into the Oz mythology.

Actually it's on first tomorrow (Sunday) at 8pm and then repeated on Friday.

I thought it was OK and will be watching the next two parts.

It wasn't too bad, and as is mentioned Zooey is always good to watch... I don't really like The Wizard of Oz (1939), so I didn't feel any "how could they do that?!" outrage that I'm sure some may have felt who adore the film.

It's really good. My favorite charactor is Glitch. I was'nt such on DG at first, she kind of had an attitude problem. But I'm warming to her. It in three parts. What makes it great is that it's not all sugary and sweet. Also no singing which is a great help.

I don't have Sci-fi
I'll proably buy the dvd or see it online through sidereel.
But the show looks really good.

So good there's a nice flash site http://www.scifi.com/tinman/oz/ with clips and stuff.
I love the pages style, just sit back and watch for a while or click on scene info - top left.

I really enjoyed this by the time I was about half way through; I had never seen Zooey before, and she is just gorgeous.

There are no words that do justice to how appalling this show was.
