Totally forgot to record Raw last night.....

However.......

Ashley broke her leg falling out of the ring last night.  No surgery needed, but she will be in a cast for 4 weeks.

Carlito has announced Money in the Bank 2.......

What price The Rockers v The McMahons at WM 22??
Janetty has been offered a contract if he joins the "Kiss My Ass Club".

Good to see another "ECW: One Night Stand" has been announced for June 18th!   I thoroughly enjoyed last year's.

That would be a great Wrestlemania match. A better prospect than HBK vs Vince or Shane in a singles match.
I thought The Rock officially closed the 'Kiss My Ass' club back in December 2001, when he shoved Vince's ass up Rikishis enormous backsoide.

I only watched RAW in passing but it looked good. I think that if Money In The Back becomes a yearly thing it will ruin it.

Well i'm glad about that. I'm not a huge fan of Rey but it's good to see him at Wrestlemania simply to retain the "Winner of the Royal Rumble will go to Wrestlemania" statement that we're constantly being told.

I guess it was the right thing to do, but I really dont see Rey as a champion. I dont really like Randy, but I think is better than most wrestlers. Kurt Angle is an amazing wreslter and I hope that he beats Rey and Randy. I hope Triple H beats Cena too. I'm tired of seeing Cena's face.

What was the reason for having Rey win the Royale Rumble if they were just going to screw him over and then add him with Randy Orton to the Wrestlemania match? Was he not supposed to win the Royale Rumble?

Well it seemed as though Rey winning the Rumble was somewhat of a tribute to Eddie by the WWE (which i can't complain about). And although it would be kind of nice to see little Rey win at Wrestlemania, i think most of know that it's truly between Kurt and Randy.

I can't see the logic behind it. I'd rather have seen Randy win the Rumble but I've got no problem with them dedicating Eddie's memory to Rey winning the Rumble.

Yeah, when i first that read that Rey had won the Royal Rumble, i was quite disappointed. But then when watching it, i was rather happy that he won simply for the reminder of Eddie. And you never know, we might just see a repeat at Wrestlemania.

The triple threat match at Wrestlemania should be on hell of a match. I hope Angle retains even though that probably won't happen. The winner of the Royal Rumble has gone on to win the main event at Wrestlemania for the last years. It hasn't happened since HHH defended his title successfully at Mania 16 in 2000.

Was it just me or did Teddy Long simply putting Rey in the main event seem weak. I mean wouldn't have been better if he had won his way back into the match?

I don't know. I think because Rey was screwed at No Way Out it gives him reason to be in the main event at Mania. He also did win the Rumble. That carries a hell of a lot of weight in Rey's corner. If he would had to win the main event match back, everybody would've known that Rey was going to have won anyway.
By the way, I like Teddy Long. The best GM yet and not a prick like some other people think.

Does anyone know if a return of Chris Jericho is soon.?

And if another draft lottery will take place in the summer.?

I would like to see Rey on Raw.  And a switch of Edge to Smackdown along with Masters.

Another one? The WWE should not have one this year. There are enough potential rivalries on both shows to last at least another year. Who knows, we may see Angle and Benoit duke it out again. They haven't had a match for over 3 years because they have been on different shows, and if they got drafted (again) we wouldn't see it happen.

Not really.......

Saturday Night's Main Event used to take place monthly when it was WWF back in the 80's.
It's returning to NBC on March 18th and is also being shown LIVE on Sky Sports (definitely not Box Office!).

It seems a bit pointless really as originally, when there were only a handful of Pay Per View events (Royal Rumble, Summerslam, Survivor Series & Wrestlemania) it was a nice fill in.
Now however, we have at least 1 PPV every month so it makes NO sense at all.

The slight upside to it though is that it will pit Raw superstars against Smackdown superstars in general.
I'm also guessing they're using it to add to the build up to WM 22 (which is only a week or so after), hence HBK v Shane (I stand by my Rockers v McMahon prediction even more now).

Good RAW this week and much better than last weeks disapointing show.
Suprised to see Carlito not in Money in the Bank. Stupid move by WWE as Carlito does have athletic prowness (escpecially in recent weeks), whereas Ric Flair would not fit in well with that type of match at all (he's 57 and can barely walk).

Yeah, i've been questioning that decision too. Like you said, with some of the skills that Carlito has been showing recently, he seemed like the perfect match for Money In The Bank; whilst Ric Flair is quite the opposite. I understand that he's an icon, and is still performing well considering his age, but i just don't see the purpose of him taking part in a match such as this. I can only hope that Carlito somehow finds a way to take part in this match at Wrestlemania.
But anywho, any predictions for who you think the remaining 3 wrestlers shall be to take part in the match?

Well I'm guessing it'll be Masters and Carlito Vs Show and Kane at WM for the titles so that elimates them. I heard it could just be three of them.

If they make it inter promotional you could have Finlay, Matt Hardy and Booker T or something like that (Lashley another possibility)

That Raw tag title match looks likely but it will be a bit annoying if those belts are defended but the Smackdown ones aren't as the Smackdown division is far stronger. MNM deserve a match against Mexicools or London/Kendrick (or preferably both) but it's hard to see them finding space on the card. It's also a shame that yet again there won't be an Intercontinental Title match at Mania

I agree. The tag Division on Smackdown is very strong and a three way match for the tag titles would be great fun.
It's stupid that the Intercontinental Title is not on the line yet again. There hasn't been an Intercontinental Title match at Mania since 2002. That was four years ago!

Anyway, Undertaker vs Angle on Smackdown this week. Can't wait. I just hope Mark Henry stays well away.

I am pleasantly surpirsed by this match involving Shan'o'Mac.  His in ring return in such a low key event.

Should be good though.
