I don`t have the time to find the old thread sorry but I can`t be the only one loving this still can I? I know its more predictable now with a stranger arriving each season with a dark secret but its still bloody funny and Lynettes cancer storyline is being done very well trying to show the amusing things that can happen even in a sad situation like that. Plus love the new gay male couple with that awful fountain. Any thoughts?

Yep, I'm currently enjoying series 4 very much indeed. Some nice new cast additions this year, but I think it's time they got rid of the narration.

I'm really only watching for the five minutes of Nathan Fillion every three episodes, but it's actually not as bad as I thought it would be. The Katherine/Dylan mystery is interesting, and Lynette just rocks.

Oh that was good tonight with Bree`s pregnent daughter going to the Halloween fancy dress party as her mum whose pretending to be pregnent to cover for her. Making her gay son go as Cher because the gay couple saw his sister from the window who shouldn`t have been there and Bree making out it was him in drag so funny. Also when the next door neighbour dressed as Frankenstein delivered the baby and scared the watching kids great. Cracked me up.

today's episode was brill...i have to say series 2 made me think that it was really just a one off show (in that i liked 1 but 2 was a let down) but 3 and now this series are brilliant...im either laughing or crying or both...

...but i think it's time to lose bree now...her character's lost any appeal as a character and is just annoying. Bree is by far the best (love her scenes with orson and andrew)

I think it was just Victor well in that episode. Only one husband dies so I`m guessing as he was seriously injured it was him. Great effects especially when that woman who locked herself in Brees bathroom got blown away when she opened the door! Shouldn`t laugh but it did look funny.

It was funny, you're right and she was really annoying too.

But what happened to Tom and the kids?!?!  Surely they can't have all died!

I still quite like Eddie, she does well to stir things up every now and then.  Out of all of them it's still Susan that I find the most annoying.

Tom and the kids were in the old ladys basement not in the scavo's house

Oh I love Susan she`s so funny but I suppose I can see how some would find her annoying like in the show. I love them all even Eddie. You need someone unpleasent to cause some tension and trouble. Funny though they are Gabby and Carlos really need to sort themselves out. Can`t think of many couples who would cheat on each other meet other people get married too them (well Gabby did) and then cheat on them to go back to each other too!  Oh well its only a show.

i must say, after the tornado episode i am starting to like edie...mike is starting to get a bit boring now tho.

as for the scavos...i think the issue was it wasnt their house but the ladies with the basement that got destroyed? since lynette knew they were in the basement...so why would she be upset and caling out there names if it wasnt there?

I thought the tornado ep was the best yet. Was gutted when it showed the old ladies house destroyed when lynettes family is holed up in the basement

I thought that as well, but thhe voice-over lady at the beginning said 'one of them will lose a husband' and we saw one husband take a fence post through the chest.

admittedly she also said 'and they will all lose a friend' but i can't figure out who taht will be.

Is it the season finale next week?

I have no idea who that will be either. It must be one of the minor recurring characters, so I'm thinking it could be Ida.

Great episode, one of the best, right up there with the supermarket hostage episode from last year.

I loved season one, thought season two was alright, absolutely hated season three and how ridiculous it became, but I might check out season four because of the good things I've been hearing about it.

I didn't realise thats what happened. I thought last nights was a rather low-key season finale and the Nathen fillion storyline was gonna continue into the next season.

Terrible idea. I`m sure it could fit somewhere in the schedules Big Brother shouldn`t take over that much of the schedule even if it is their most popular program. Typical but thats what Big Brother does takes over.....(thinking of 1984).

that's not the finale-the season ender is totally bonkers, up there with 'lost' and BSG.
