I won't get down there till next week probaly. Will have to remember to stop in there.
Check out the alternative costumes for the characters http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0S15v-B94Qc . There is a clearer vid on IGN. Some look mint...others... I think they messed up on Fei long is is meant to be a homage to Bruce Lee from Enter the Dragon yet well it doesn't come off well in the video.
Hopefully they are free and in game...though I doubt they will be in this age of DLC.

The alternate costumes are definetly DLC, and apparently system-specific, which sucks.

 What are Play.com like with pre-orders on games? I noticed that they are the cheapest around for this and wanted to make sure that I'd get it in time for release day if I pre-ordered it from there?

 Usuallly you get it by release day. However, when I pre ordered The Dark Knight, I didn't get it until the wednesday/thursday after release.

Does anyone know if Deejay amd T-Hawk will appear in this as secret characters or have they been removed for good? I'd rather have those two than Dan.

I posted the whole character roster on page 2 of this thread along with a picture.  Here it is again ;

ahhh heres my dilemma, I'll vertainly be buying SF4, I adored SF2 on the snes and absolutley rocked at SFA2 on the PS1.

I usually buy any cross platform games on 360 as most of my friend are on XBL and I like the whole acheivements thang.

However the 360 controller is arse for Streetfighter! I downloaded SF2 Turbo from XBLA and struggle to manage the special moves.

So what do I do? buy it for 360 and hope I can get along with the controls or buy it for PS3 and lose out on online play/achievements?

I dont like them, I seem to be best at fighting games with a PS style controller. Which is odd as I prefer the 360 one for everything else.

You could try one of these;



The only annoying thing is that this one the xbox 360 version is wired I think. Which put me off quite a bit because I am so used to a wireless pad. I may still pick one up but I will see how if feels to use the 360 Pad first.

I went down to the Trocado on Friday. There was a crowd of like 10-20 guys all standing around the Street Fighter machine. It looked amazing up close...

I'm more hyped for this than any game for a long long time...

 This is going for £29.99 at Game and Gamestation, and as i've said in other threads, I'm wanting the Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection too (same date release). That's £55 for two games but hoping that with 3 trade-in games (POP, Condemned 2 and Sonic Unleashed) towards them, I should get both games for about £25!

Can't see what's happening in a good 90% of it... Just a lot of smudged ink mess and a really dodgy vocal track at the start!  Still hasn't put me off really wanting this game though  Not played SF since SF2 on the SNES years ago!

It's just opposite the cinema on the middle floor if you do want to check it out before release.

Those pads and sticks seem to be sold out almost everywhere now. There's some crazy prices on Ebay for the Tournament stick.
