I have just finished reading Cujo and i loved it but nobody else i know seems to have read it and there is nothing on the stephen king forum here on empireonline.com.
Somebody help me out here

I read it about two years ago - good fun, doesn't take itself too seriously. The whole thing goes a bit crazy in the last few scenes though! Overall, 70%.

I read it a while back, loved it. Good unpretentious horror fun, with a surprisingly dark ending. Film's pretty good too.

good book, short, no fat to it, simple, direct and to the point.

One from his phase of almost pure story telling, where spinning the yarn was more important than the meaning behind it.

With Cujo, King had a simple, effective idea told (mostly) to the point with just the right amount of backstory and exposition to make it work. He's written better books, but his most fun book since then has been Cell.
