Zzzzzz! Another story about Grindhouse. Having sat through the cr*p that was Planet Terror on DVD, I wouldn't go anywhere near a 3 hour film with two reels missing. Sorry but some of us film fans like our stories to be COMPLETE and not some w*nkfest to an artform that deservedly died out.

Thank goodness we'l be able to see Grindhouse in its original form! Have a feeling that because of what occured with it being split in two, it will garner the same notoritety (and thus popularity) that Blade Runner steadily procurred over time.

I'm seeing Grindhouse next week as part of the Glasgow FIlm Festival, so it's nice to know I'm getting a look before the offical premier.

Unless I am mistaken doesn't Wright have to deliver another film to Working Title - would have thought that was next on the list. Regardless I will see whatever he makes - one of the countries true talents.

Well, I booked my tickets! Happy to hear the Scott Pilgrim project isn't dead. Love the books, and who needs another superhero movie, right? So, Scott Pilgrim please!

Anybody know if this will be on limited release in Ireland, or is it just in the UK?

Its going to have to be some kind of slapstick comedy version because i can't imagine Ant-Man being as successful as Spider-man somehow?

I am an admitted comic fan but An Man is going to have to be something truly spectacular to be anything other than a flop. the very premise of a man who can shrink due to a special gas he invents and who has a helmet to communicates with ants isn't particularly inspiring and I very much doubt is going to draw the crowds and the minturised people aspect was done years ago in Honey I Shrunk the Kids.

This post may sound stupid I know, but if they are going to do Ant Man properly then it cant really be a comedy. Ant Man is a BAD character, and is also part of the upcoming Avengers Film.
Anyone read Ultimates? You'll know what I mean if you have. He's a wife beater and genuine arsehole.

Never mind AntMan. Speak to Simon Pegg. Lock yourselves in a room with some kind of writing implement and don't come out until it's done. Okay?

I heard Pegg and Wright were working on a sci-fi film next after their Horror and Action homages. Considering they're two of the biggest sci fi geeks in the world AND Pegg is the new Scotty, I'd be excited to see that.

Henry Pym as antman was a founder member of the Avengers so a serious tone to the Antman film may be needed unless they just start the Avengers movie with Hank as Gaintman??
