ORIGINAL: Your Funny Uncle Well Davis won but I have to say I was far from convinced, if he has a shot at Jones and performs like that then he'll get ripped apart. Saying that though, If they were to meet then there would be at least eight months between then and now.... I was impressed with the Korean Zombies twister submission, very impressed indeed! I am unsure as to what you were unconvinced about regarding Mr Wonderful. He convincingly won against Rogerio, negated any offence the Brazilian might have offered and received little to no damage in the process, which is all the more impressive considering he took the fight on short notice and having his opponent changed 3 times. Is he ready for Jones? Probably not, but this wasn't a contenders fight, so the point is moot. To be in title contention Davis is going to have to get by, at least one of; Griffin, Franklin, Shogun, Machida, Couture, Bader etc. If 'Page bests Hammil in impressive fashion then the title fight is his (after Evans/Jones of course), and maybe even if he doesn't impress against the Hammer he still gets it. Bearing in mind Jones only got the fight versus Rua because Quinton turned it down.... Suffice to say Mr Wonderful is a blue chip prospect that is only improving. Give him a year, lets see where he's at by then. And yes KZ turned it on big time with the twister. The next biggy is 129, which is certainly one of the most stacked cards of all time and certainly, without reservation the grandest mixed martial arts event that North America has seen. I feel so despondent that I won't get to be there. Toronto is my city, and one of the biggest sports cities in the world, the build up, the event and the aftermath are going to be special. And, Jose Aldo....
